I ordered memorial cards for my mother, both the website and customer service was excellent. I was contacted very promptly and amendments were dealt with very quickly.. The cards arrived safely one day after being notified they had been despatched.I am very pleased with the quality and design of the cards.

Because the memorial cards were for my Mum I had hesitated a lot before calling. To be honest the website is very straight forward but I really needed someone to help me through the process. Talking through my order on the telephone really helped. Before calling it helps to have thought about prayers, wording and choice of graphics beforehand. The memorial cards I ordered are exactly what I wanted, and the finish is better than expected really good quality gloss finish. Choosing a memorial card for your beloved dad is not easy even if you have an idea of what he would like. Adam was great, very helpful without pressuring and gave me lots of guidance. He even wouldn't let me spend more than I had to and gave me ideas for more personalised members of dad's family. THANK YOU, we love the cards and bookmarks and they arrived so quick.
