I have dealt with Adam from the outset - he was extremely helpful, making suggestions and giving advise, all which was great - updates along the way - a bit of advise to all - when you receive your proof, you are advised to check it careful - do so, as when my dad's came through, the details of his address and formerly of were missing - so it is down to you to ensure all is correct - it was rectified within seconds of me highlighting it. Would highly recommend this great company.
