Because the memorial cards were for my Mum I had hesitated a lot before calling. To be honest the website is very straight forward but I really needed someone to help me through the process. Talking through my order on the telephone really helped. Before calling it helps to have thought about prayers, wording and choice of graphics beforehand. The memorial cards I ordered are exactly what I wanted, and the finish is better than expected really good quality gloss finish. The design assistant was excellent and the level of care and service outstanding. Jane

Well am I impressed? I only proofed my order on Wednesday afternoon and received the parcel on Friday morning, not only was your service very fast but the quality is amazing, I am so impressed. Everyone that has seen the memorial cards and book marks are amazed with them, the finish is top class.
