Design proofs are normally completed by the same working day on orders received before 12pm or the next working day and sent via email PDF.
Unlimited changes can be requested within 3 emails, thereafter a small charge of £9.99 may apply. However there is a small charge of £12.99 to change the original photo supplied for an alternative one.
The standard dispatch time is 10 working days from the date of your proof approval.

Yes, if you supply the images that are of suitable size & quality, however there is a charge of £19.99 for bespoke designs (not from our brochure). It is your responsibility to ensure that any images supplied to us are to a good standard, 300dpi plus if possible.
We will do our level best to crop your photo to suit your requirement at no extra cost, however if the photograph requires further fixes or photo shop editing then there is a charge of £19.99 per photo.
If possible provide a suitable high resolution photograph 300 dpi or above for best print results. (minimum should be 72 dpi)
Extra photo's can be included but there is a small charge of £12.99.
By far the best way to send photo's is email info@memorialcardshop.co.uk, however you can also send them by post.
By POST, we advise that you send copies where possible and not original photo’s as we do not accept accept responsibility for any loss or damage. It is also advisable to send photo's by registered post
We aim to keep customer designs on file for a maximum of 2 years for the purposes of reprints. The cost of reprints will be at the current rates advertised on our website
Online orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement and provided no design work has been carried out. Thereafter we cannot offer refunds once an initial card design has been created. We advise that you carefully check all content & copy of personalised products and advise us immediately of any corrections prior to printing.
